Returns and exchanges

If you are not 1000% satisfied with your purchase, you can always return it to us within 30 days.

Please place your exchange or return request through our exchange/return portal, all you need is your email id and order number. That’s it!

To qualify for a full refund, please ensure that the product meets the return conditions mentioned below:

Return Conditions

In order to qualify for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items included with the order) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original packaging and with all brand and product tags/labels/instructions still attached. Please take care to preserve the condition of any product packaging. Our representatives may ask to inspect returned items at the collection point (if applicable), but this initial inspection is not a guarantee of your eligibility for a full refund.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.

Non-returnable/refundable items

We regret that we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for the following items:

  • Underwear, socks and swimwear/swimwear, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.
  • Final sale, clearance and yard sale items
  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds. An equal value store credit will be given instead.
  • Initial delivery charges, cash handling fees and any customs or tax payments that may apply in the destination country.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed after the returns process has been completed and the returned items have been approved. Upon approval, we will refund the full value of the undamaged and properly returned items (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash handling fees).

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of Us receiving the returned product. Please note that refunds should arrive in your account within three weeks from the date we process your refund. You will be solely responsible for paying any bank charges you incur in cancelling the transaction.

Your refund will be processed via the following methods:

  • Credit card payments are refunded to the card used for the purchase.
  • COD payments are refunded as store credit.
  • PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account.

Order Cancellation

In situations where you place an order and decide, for whatever reason, to cancel it before it is delivered to you, please write immediately to info@doumoud.ae with the order details. If the order was not already ready for delivery, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. If the order has already been shipped by courier, please follow the return procedure.

Exchanges

You can always exchange the same item for a different size. However, if you need to exchange the item for a completely different item, please initiate a return request for a refund and then make a new purchase of the required item.

Gift Items

Gift order items can only be returned with a refund given to the gift purchaser.
